KOTA KINABALU: The High Court here has dismissed an application by former chief minister Tan Sri Musa Aman and 32 assemblymen to seek a judicial review on the Head of State’s decision to dissolve the state assembly on July 30.

Judicial Commissioner Leonard David Shim struck out the application on the grounds that the court had no justiciability to hear and decide on the case.

Musa and his group of  state assemblymen had applied for the leave for judicial review, maintaining that Tun Juhar Mahiruddin was not properly advised to dissolve the state assembly.
